My girlfriend and I had just moved to Boynton Beach when our air conditioning system went down. We called Ocean Air, discussed all the alternatives and decide to install a whole new system. They did not try and oversell us nor insist on a new system. The system took 3 hours to complete. They also checked our duct work no charge. They did a great job on the installation and cleaned up after themselves. The system was tested and run before they left the job. They were efficient, professional and nice. They are a family owned and run company and they showed they really care. We high recommend them. They also offered us 0% financing as an option.

My family and me are really happy with the service we got! Guys quickly responded and got us an earliest appointment they had. Santi did a really good job, fixed everything very quickly. Customer service and professionalism is on top! Thanks a lot, we really appreciate you!

I just wanna say that I asked for a check up so to speak since I got my new unit in 2021. They were literally here and gone and less than 20 minutes. Said I did not need Freon, said I needed nothing except to hose out maybe some grass clippings. So that’s what they did. They took the hose and they sprayed and that was that for $90. I just wanna make sure it’s not in my file that there was nothing wrong nor did they do anything except spray the hose ! And I understand that’s something they may only have to do. I just want it noted on file that they did nothing else.

Santi, the Ocean Air technician, came to service my air conditioning unit today and I was very pleased with his service. He took his time and got rid of clogs, flushed out algae, changed filters, and confirmed everything was working correctly. He also gave me the tip that I was putting the garbage container a little too close to the outdoor A/C unit. I really appreciate his work and professionalism.
